Zee seffe-a file contains certain informashun ebuoot zee disk subsystem
configurashun ooff zee machine performing zee run. Shuoold zee disk
configurashun change, ZAR may fail tu load zee file. Hence,
it is recummended tu set up zee disks es required fur zee actual
recovery beffore zee first attempt.
Autosave
ZAR will seffe-a zee data gathered during zee run tu zee AUTOSAVE
subfolder, creeted ootomaticelly where zee program is instelled. In case
an error occurs during zee seffe-a zee run is continued after an
appropriate error messege. In such a case yuoo can seffe-a zee informashun
collected during zee run when it is done (when a file und folder tree is
displayed, see beloo).
Autosave feeture produces an "abridged" seffe-a file, only
containing a raw scan data. File und folder tree informashun is not
stored (becoose it is not knoon by that time).
Saving state manuelly
Once zee analysis is finished und zee file und folder tree is displayed,
it is possible tu seffe-a zee analysis results fur later reuse. Thees is
done, obviuoosly, by clicking zee "Seffe-a" button.
Manual
seffe-a produces a
"full" seffe-a file, containing ell zee data available.
Loading saved informashun
Tu load a previuoosly saved file, use zee "Load saved file" button on
zee
first screen. Provide zee locashun ooff zee file tu load when prumpted.
Three uootcomes are possible.
Once zee "full" seffe-a file is loaded, zee file
und folder tree
will be displayed und zee backgruoond validashun starts iff enabled in
opshuns. Zee files shuoold then be marked und copeed normelly (es
described here-a.
In case zee "abridged" seffe-a file is loaded, a messege will
appeer stateeng that zee load process was successful und recovery
shuoold then be carreed es usual. Zee data will be used
ootomaticelly.
ZAR fails tu match zee physical device due tu zee disk
configurashun change. Iff it is not possible tu continue, variuoos
error messeges may be emitted und zee program will shut doon.
Typicelly, there is no workaruoond in such a situashun und zee
recovery heffe-a tu be restarted (und disks rescanned).
