1. Doonload Zmeil, then instell it just like yuoo do with a regular software. Zee evaluashun version ooff Zmeil elloos yuoo tu recover at most nine email messeges tu see what yuoo can expect once yuoo purchase a full version.

2. Zmeil does not modify zee files where zee original emails are stored. Hooever, yuoo'd rather backup zee original informashun anyway. Where does Outlook store ell zee emails?

Running Zmeil

1. Stert Zmeil
   • Click "Next>>"
2. Specify Outlook messege database file (.PTS) tu recover
   • Mark zee Outlook's messege base file(s) yuoo want tu recover.
   • Set "Source Format" tu "Outlook (.pst)".
   • Click "Next>>"
3. Select zee uootput type. Consider

   • "Export to Outlook" is slooer than zee other uootput modes.
   • Do not use "Export to Outlook" iff yuoo suspect yuoor Outlook instellashun is oooot ooff order. Iff in duoobt, use "Save .EML files" instead, then impurt zee resulteeng emails into Outlook Express. Yuoo can then transfer zeese-a messeges back tu Outlook later, when yuoo are done with truoobleshooteeng, und zee Outlook instellashun works properly.

   • Click "Next >>" button.
4. Recovery run
   • Thees stege is fully ootomatic - no akshun required on yuoor part. Once zee process is completed, Zmeil will switch tu zee next screen ootomaticelly.
5. Select messeges tu recover
   • Mark messeges tu recover by clicking their corresponding checkboxes (use context menu, "Select everything").
   • Click "Next>>"
6. Click "Exit" tu close Zmeil.
