Hello,

I get everytime the error "Access violation at 0x74000004 (tried to read from 0x74000004), program terminated". I restart with loding the autosaved zar-file and get the same error. The OS is win2003 sp1 with Citrix-server PS4. Its an basis raid 5 system from Dell over 126GB. The logfile say:
"Open physical drive 00000100 success, 136 GB : PERC LD 0 PERCRAID - Port 2, Bus 2, Target 0, LUN 0
Start read: 1 ident ranges
Done reading ident ranges
PD - IDLL = 2401261
Load start - SLP_FINAL
Load done - SLP_FINAL"

Any ideas?
Many thanks
Sebastian

I assume you use the latest version, correct?
Could you please download, install, and try with
http://www.z-a-recovery.com/zar-82-017.exe to see if this resolves the problem?

Other than that, the option is to do a rescan of the array. However long, this should take less time than our debugging.

Additionally, could you please email the save file to development@z-a-recovery.com so I can look at it.

yes, I use the actual version 8.2 with a single user license. I start the scan with your version now. I cant send you the saved file because its 76MB great.

Thanks for your help
