Hi,

I think I did delete (by accident) one big folder (several thousands of messages) on OE and then emptied the trash (deleted) items folder, but not sure.

There are not any "sign" of this folder in the storage folder, nor in the deleted items folder.

I did run your zmeil app trial and it found only 12 messages (all of them were intentionally deleted, no one are a part of the big folder), nor the 29 maximum announced, can I conclude that the full version will not find more messages? I need to know it before pay for the license.

Full version will not find more messages than a trial unless 29 maximum is hit in trial.

Suggestion:
1. Set "Search Mode" to loose,"Source Format" to Outlook Express (.dbx)
2. In the list of message bases, select the one that looks like
C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\....\Deleted Items.dbx
where %USERNAME% is the name you use to login to the system.
This is your deleted items database. In case you did not empty the trash folder, messages would most likely be recovered from it. Otherwise, I think there is nothing we can do in your case.
