ERROR 997

WTF is that? Everytime the scan completes it says FATAL ERROR 997! PLEASE FILE A BUG REPORT...

News flash that aint helping me get my data back!

I have already E-Mailed teck support and their responce was please provide more info....

I did... NEVER HEARD FROM YOU AGAIN! thanks guys.. dont worry about leaving me hanging....

It was stored within a SC-101 Netgear NAS. It failed to work... I tried to recover it and it says fatal error... cant get too much more specific... but hey.. dont leave me hanginig for goodness sake!

I would hope that someone gets back to me ASAP as this is not very good!

The email probably get lost in transit somewhere. With the amount of spam filtering nowadays that's not unheard of.

However, the message did not reach us.
Just before the numeric error code, there should be a text description of the problem. What is it?
