Hi,
Many times when I try to recover files from a harddive they end up taking more space then the actual capacity of hard drive they was recovered from.
Example:
I have a hard drive with a total capacity of 160Gb. The files take up 89Gb (as stated in Windows properties). After the scan of the hard drive in ZAR and I select "all files" it states that the files require 191Gb. More then double the actual files size, and more space that was available on the source drive.
Before the recovery I selected ZAR to only backup "current" files from a "simple volume".
If there is a total of 89Gb I only want ZAR to recover 89Gb. Why does it show the double?
