so how do i open a .zar file?

Now that i have recoved some of my files and saved them how am i supposed to open anything? It seems that all the files are saved w/.zar extension so only the zar program opens them..say a document..how do I open or even find it?

Actually what I chose to save is now in one file with the .zar ext. Must be doing something wrong but what?

Note that in step 6 you are supposed to click "Next", NOT "Save". That probably solves the issue.
