I have a 2 drive RAID 0 setup from a motherboard that has gone bad.

The RAID setup is known to be good. The motherboard that went bad had a VIA 8237R controller.

How to I setup ZAR to recover that data? Also there were two partitions on the RAID drive.

Thanks!

If I got it correctly, you have two separate drives and nothing else; no spare motherboard with an identical chip?
Attach the drives to the motherboard ports of a machine that will be performing a recovery. The drives should be accessible separately (do not try to rebuild the RAID if you do not have the identical chip).

Then, follow the instructions in there - http://www.z-a-recovery.com/raid-recovery-tutorial.htm. This should get you started.
