ZAR did not recover deleted items

I recently deleted all the pics from my digital camera (Olympus 820) by accident and used your service to retirve them. I had taken about 4 pics after the the mass deletion before i used your software and after going through the process, it only would post the 4 pics that i took after the deletion. how can i retrieve the previous pics?

Did you use the "format" function on the camera?

Yes, i was trying to go through the menu and somehow ended up formatting...afterwards, i took about 6 pics, of which i ended up deleting 2 of them before i was advised by the Olympus tech to try your software...

Could you please find the log file, C:\Program Files\ZAR\logfile.txt and post its entire contents there? It should be small enough to fit.
