I have waited and waited for a usable response but I just can't wait any longer -- this is URGENT!
I have NO usable Windows system to run ZAR with because they're all unbootable at the moment!
I have asked ZAR tech support to guide me in creating a small bootable Windows system with a fully registered copy of ZAR on it (and other emergency apps, too), but all they could come up with is to physically remove one of the crashed systems and connect it to a working Windows system and run ZAR that way, BUT THAT'S NO GOOD SINCE I DON'T HAVE A WORKING WINDOWS SYSTEM THAT I CAN USE FOR THIS PURPOSE!!
I need to CREATE a bootable Windows system on a writable medium onto which I can install ZAR and the other apps I need and boot the crashed system from that small bootable medium. But ZAR hasn't helped me in anything like a timely fashion, and I NEED THIS NOW!!
I've found a few sites on the Internet on how to create bootable CDs and so forth, but none of the sites I've tried so far has allowed me to create a working writable Windows system.
I understand that I COULD simply re-install Windows XP Pro / SP2 on a flash drive or a USB hard drive, and I've done that. BUT my systems are so screwed up that they won't boot on the systems I have available for this task!
SO I NEED ZAR'S GUIDANCE ON HOW ELSE I CAN DO THIS, and I NEED IT NOW!
