CreateProcess failed code 5: Access is denied

I installed Zar on my Windows XP SP2 desktop machine, but when I launch it, it says "CreateProcess failed code 5: Access is denied". I do have admin rights, and on my laptop it works fine, so why does not it work on this one?

Could you please try with the latest one available, http://www.z-a-recovery.com/zar-83-034.exe to see if the problem is still there?
