Problem: GetPhysicalDiskById(FFFFFFFF) failed

The last 24 hours we have been receiving the following message when attempting recovery from a simple RAID 0-1

have you any ideas? all our hardware is functional correctly.
when working with RAIDs we always use 100% functional clones in order that we never risk modifying the customers data. For this reason, it seems unlikely that a disk drive is causing to be a problem.

The reference to the PhyscialDisk ID -1 (same as FFFFFFFF) means either

it needs some specific physical drive, but the drive is not there, or the drive cannot be identified properly - this is mostly with save files
it is unable to determine which specific drive to read from - this is in RAIDs.so the RAID reconstruction failed. I would like you to ZIP a log file, C:\Program files\ZAR\logfile.txt, put it on your server same way as you did with the image, then send me the URL (possible with a forum private message). I can't really tell you anything specific without looking at the detailed log.
