Will ZAR have to rescan my disk if I exit the trial version so that I can enter the unlock code for the for my recently purchased full version?

Considering the load function is (by most recent reports) working flaky, I'd say yes. We are working to fix it, but I do not think we can come up with something useful earlier than in a couple of days.
