Hello.
I have a ntfs external HDD, but since yesterday, I cant access it and Windows displays it as a RAW file system.

So I downloaded ZAR 8.3 to recover some documents, but the external HDD cannot be accessed by ZAR because it is displayed as having 0 bytes.

Please check the screen shots:

What can I do in order for ZAR to access my external HDD?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Itheniel.

There is nothing you can change in ZAR if it reads device as having size of 0. I would typically suggest if still using USB enclosure, to remove the drive from the enclosure and connect directly to the appropriate mainboard port. This eliminates possible enclosure problem, but there is nothing else I can suggest.
