Help button

Would anyone be able to tell me why the help or the explain button does not bring up the help file or the explain file? Am I doing something wrong? It did not work when I tried the evaluation version of Zar. I purchased the program last night and they still do not work. Do I need to delete the program and re-install it again. Any help would be greatly appriciated....:confused:

That's strange. Should work this way: if you are connected to internet and it can detect the fact that the connection is available, it opens the web site with a manual. If it cannot see there is a connection available, it opens the local help file. I cannot really see why it does not work on your system; however, you can consider staring with any of those

I do have a constant connection with the internet. Think maybe because of the firewall I have running? I'll check your links and try some different things.
