Damage to my existing photo library?

Hi, I have a question that came up during the download of ZAR 8.3. A window said "Warning" do not download ZAR 8.3 to the drive you want to recover photo files from, they may be damaged beyond from further recovery. I want to recover files from a Compact Flash card. Thanks in advance for any help. Neilka.

You should install ZAR onto your drive C:, where your Windows, My Documents, and the like are stored. Your flash card has a different drive letter, if any. Hope that clarifies.
