downloading problem

I am trying to recover photos from my memory card that accidentaly erased...I was told to come to this web site I was trying to down load the software that is said to be needed to solve my problem...I get to the very end of downloading the software when an error comes up saying unable to execute file create pocess failes: code 740 the requested operation requires elevation... I need help I dont know what I am doing:eek:

Try downloading using this link:

Use "save file to disk", do not try to "Run from the current location".

should be fine (provided that your system is not a Macintosh or Linux, just by some strange coincidence).
