Cannot open recovered jpg file - marker segment length too short

Is there anything else I can do to open the recovered files with this error in Photoshop. I do not get a preview and images will not open in windows picture viewer - all I get is a red x. Any help or suggestons would be helpful. ZAR did find over 200 files that were deleted accidently. They were on an SD card using a Sony camera.

Try this procedure instead of image recovery - recovery after a format (http://www.z-a-recovery.com/unformat-tutorial.htm).

Also try

Start ZAR
Click "Advanced Configuration"
Under "Image recovery" set "End of file detection" to "None, leave as is"
Click "OK" to close config
then retry in the image recovery mode
