Where is F:\drive

Plugged my camera into a USB port (usualy marked as F:\ drive removable )
Does not show on list of drives to search.
How do I now recover my deleted pictures from the memory card. Both Sandisk and Xd cards.

Generally, a standalone card reader is the best option (http://www.digital-photo-recovery-guide.com/accessing-memory-card.aspx). I mean, not integrated into something like a camera or cell phone. However, if you do not have one readily available, try this

Start ZAR,
Click "Advanced Configuration".
In there, switch to "Disks and partitions".
Change "Disk access using physical devices" to "Disk access using logical drives".
Click OK to close configuration and see if ZAR can detect the drive.It should work OK for a deleted pics, but if there is a card corruption, the camera may refuse to provide access the card.
