Quicktime files cannot be read by QT

After scanning my Olypus 2Gb XD card, ZAR finds 32 MOV Quick Time movies. After saving the files the error 2048:E are produced when trying to view the movies with Quicktime. Other movie viewers like VLC, Realplayer, Nero Showtime are not able to read the files. When selecting Simple volume ZAR reports "Unable to recover anything - there were no data in Solver input. Check the log file for details".

I have the full version of ZAR 8.3 and this is the log file:

The outcome basically is

if neither "Recover simple volume" nor "digital image recovery" modes produce usable file, then there is nothing else you can try. There are certain limitations of the digital image recovery (http://www.digital-photo-recovery-guide.com/photo-recovery-limitations.aspx) associated with how the file storage is implemented.
