i really really need your help!

My camera started to have "format error" after some times I took pictures. When I connected it to the computer, the computer told me that I need to format it before I could use it. When I read about ZAR, I downloaded it, formatted my camera hoping it could recover my photos and started to use it. But unfortunately, it was unable to recover my files saying "UNABLE TO CONTINUE".

Then, I took 1 pic and deleted it to try ZAR again. I tried it and it was able to recover that 1 pic. But I the ones I need are the previous ones and yet I can't recover it. I really really need that!

If you used the procedure described here -
http://www.z-a-recovery.com/demo-ir.htm and got "unable to continue", that unfortunately means there is nothing recoverable a card.

Sorry to say: :(that you and about 2,500 others have the same problem. Although the camera is fine, the memory card format represents a fatal flaw that prospective buyers should consider. The memory cards are prone to format errors (Format Error 13-01) which can cause you to lose your photos. We have 8 memory sticks and have had problems with all but 3 of them.
A special reader was available; not sure about that now; and having your PC format the card is bad news. I liked the unit, but had to give it up for this very same reason. "Always use your camera to format the memory stick" as it states in the owners manual.:rolleyes:
