I have a saved scan and can't open it. After having to close the program I tried again. Nothing. It was a large file. 94MB I did a rescan, saved the file and tried again. Same issue. Just says loading but never loads.
What am I doing wrong?

What build are you using, as indicated near the top of the ZAR window as you start ZAR?

Unfortunately I was not able to come up with any useful idea in a reasonable timeframe. You have to perform a rescan for that volume. If you think this is too bad, send me a private message with your order reference number so I can arrange for a refund.
If possible, in "Advanced Configuration", under "General" set logging to "Extended with timestamps" and try loading the file. I'd like to see last lines of the log file then - c:\program files\ZAR\logfile.txt
