Image Recovery - File Copy Fault / Error

Using Image Recovery

Situation:

Out of about 150 photos taken, 20 were deleted manually. Nothing new written to SD Card or formatting since incident.

Trying to recover those few photos but the scan includes 1,000+ deleted files. After image recovery is finished scanning clicking "next" to copy results in a error about 500+ photos in. After being forced to close none of the recovered files are viewable.

Because the photos I'm looking for are the most recent should I just try to copy the last files or the first files scanned?

Ah, sorry about the delay.

1. If you try "Recover simple volume" mode against the card, what is the result?

2. Is it possible that you identify the number of the image which causes a fault, then exclude it from the selection (and hence the copy process), to see if the subsequent files are OK?
