ZAR Data Validation Engine

Can the ZAR Data Validation Engine be run against files recovered by other data recovery tools? How does that process work? Are the files selected manually individually or by directory/folder or does the ZAR DVE automatically do the validation as a part of the file recovery process? Thank you.

There is no interface to feed the external file into the validator.

It runs automatically when ZAR finishes volume analysis.
The validation process ends when either all files which ZAR sees on the volume are processed, or when you go ahead to the file copier.
