I have been sending inquiries for the last three days about the fact that I purchased Zmeil on 3/3, but have not received an unlock code. I'm getting desparate. I really need to access email that was lost in a computer crash. I have service tickets #4648 and #4651. Also, I have not received any of the emails that you claim to have sent me.
