Problem in Personal Folder of Microsoft Outlook

Hi,
I was using Microsoft Outlook 2000 and switched over to 2003 version. However, after swiching I am seeing two folders with same sub-folders and mails. Additionally, it is also observed that if I delete a mail/folder from one personal folder, then it also removes the same mail/folder from the other folder.

Can anyone suggest the reasons and solution for this problem.

We guess that somehow you got two aliases for the same database file, but have no idea how to fix this. You may consider asking in some MS support group or like that, because this is somewhat outside our area of expertise.

the forum is not helping me at all with my problem, I used the program followed the directions, the first time is sent a whole bunch of folders to my deleted folder, now is sends a new file of current reovovered emails but all of the emails are blank.

If there is no support on the product, I would like my money returned, can you help.
