Error message, no file selected

I tried the trial ver. and it worked.
I then purchased the full ver. It won't work.
It populates the field with all the files, I then clickon the file I want to restore and then I select next ,then i get an error message saying no files selected to recover.

You need to set a checkmark next to the file or folder you need to restore. When you select the files, do you actually see the checkmarks?
