hi. i saved some files on an external hard drive and formatted it to FAT32 on a vista, it was working fine but when i tried to open it on a different computer (xp) it said that the disc needs to be formatted. I tried extracting the files using zar, but the files i got cannot be open, it either says that it's an unrecognizable file or could not complete your request bec a JPEG marker segment length is too short (the file may be truncated or incomplete). my files are jpgs and illustrator and photoshop files. I appreciate your help, this is very urgent.
