I just tried the program lastnight on my Maxtor One Touch II 200gb usb backup drive (which has been useless) after a system crash and am not having much luck. I can locate all sorts of files, but when I attempt to recover them, they are useless once done. JPG files are not viewable, and most everything else is the same. Won't function, open, or just plain won't work. Is there anyone who can help? Thanks in advance.
