I was able to recover a fair amount of files that were accidentally deleted by a user on my server. But, is seems that the majority of the Word documents are now completely corrupt and unreadable.
Is there anything that can be done to fix them?
I do enjoy looking at all of the neat looking squares and ASCII characters but I would prefer actually words from inside the document. :D
Thanks,
Brad

Filesystem type?
How long between deletion and recovery attempt?
Was the server/volume used between deletion and recovery?

1. Volume is NTFS (Windows 2003 Server)
2. 24 Hours after deletion
3. Yes, file system was still in use as it is a small email / file server.
Is there anything I can do?

No luck then. 24 hours of the file server activity (even a small one) is in most cases enough to overwrite the "residual" data of the file. PM me your order number for a refund.

Alexey,
No problem... shit happens. :)
I have no need for a refund as I'm sure I use the software again in the future!
Thanks much,
Brad
