No Output file

processed thunderbird mail file (no extension)
Appeared to process fine. clicked to select all 12,000 emails. they seemed to process fine.
Then... nothing. programme ends with option only to exit and nothing in the folder I told it to put the recovered file in.
What now?

What was the type of the output file selected? Try another output format (UNIX mailbox vs. EML). Also make sure you have permission to write to the target, just in case.
