No access code key and now new spam

I never received my access code key and now I have a lot of spam in my email address that I have never seen before after giving this company my email address. How long does it take to get the code key and has anyone else had a spam problem right after signing up with this company?

I've just resent you a copy of a serial using a forum private message. As far as spam is concerned, we do not send any - must have been a coincidence.
