Hello,
We have (had) a folder directory system within Thunderbird where we stored old emails. I just accidentally deleted the entire folder from root. I understand that I may be able to retrieve the file, but cannot find it in the Recycle Bin, nor anywhere in on the computer... Can this tool (or any other) get the file back for me? Happy to pay the license fee if it does the trick, as I will be hanging from a tree if I don't get folders back by Monday morning!!! Please help. Thanks. Andrew F |

Also, I should mention that we are using Windows XP Home Edition, by the way.

You need ZAR, have it scan the disk same as for unformat, see
http://www.z-a-recovery.com/unformat-tutorial.htm and see if you can locate the file/folder. Since you only need a one or maybe a couple of folders, the evaluation version should do just fine. The expected locations of the mailbox data are discussed here http://www.z-a-recovery.com/thunderb...l-database.htm
