Please, download and install the latest version ZAR 9 (download from the page http://www.z-a-recovery.com/download.htm).
There were a lot of improvements and bug fixes since ZAR 8.3.

If all boxes are still red, then the card is not readable. You need a data recovery service repair; we cannot do anything for you with software only.

hi Alexey,

while inserting my sd card in card reader it reads and ask to format but i have not yet formatted my sd card by clicking "YES" as i am scared, so is it that after formatting i should give a try... but before that also let me know that once the sd card is formatted and still the same problem then is the story finish...???

really appreciated ur response..

thanks & regards,
Ayaan

DO NOT format.
You should try recovery before formatting.
If there is a same problem, the card is not recoverable in software.
