Question How to filter image formats?

I have just done a scan of my old computer's harddrive to recover lost images. It has come up with 100gb of files, in mp4, avi, bmp, etc..

I do not have enough space to copy 100gb nor do I have enough time to search through 1000's of files.

How can I only copy the jpegs but leave the rest?

Please help. Thanks
