Default recover thunderbird data files from formated hard disc

Please advise if it is possible to recover mail folders of thunderbird data files after i have formatted my hard disc and install new windows 7 and install new thunderbird program ??
as i did not making backup before format.

You need a filesystem recovery, ZAR. Try a trial version as described here - - to see if you can locate the Thunderbird database (see However, I would not expect much from these tests. Once you have installed new Windows 7, the damage is massive.
