Could you please check the ticket request again now?

Looks like there is an order for "older" ZAR, placed circa 2008, and I have regenerated the license and sent you a current key. Also you probably want a refund on the most recent order.

I have upgraded to ver. 9 from version 8 and I need a new key...thx.

I had to switch computers and therefore needed to reinstall ZAR. My old license key from Feb 2009 won't work so I put in a request for an updated key for the 9.1 version and I have had no response. Do I need to buy a new key? I need to work on a bad drive and time is sort of important.
