Hi am wondering what do I do with grey icon files. We are trying to get all information off of a external hard drive that has crashed and after I run the Zar program all my files come up as grey icons and they are in .mov form. Can anyone help me figure out what this means?
Thanks, Robyn |

Did you use "Data recovery" mode or "Recover images" on the first screen?
For an external drive, "Data recovery" would be the correct choice.
