No Unlock Code
I have been sending inquiries for the last three days about the fact that I purchased Zmeil on 3/3, but have not received an unlock code. I'm getting desparate. I really need to access email that was lost in a computer crash. I have service tickets #4648 and #4651. Also, I have not received any of the emails that you claim to have sent me. My email address is tomlalanne@sbcglobal.net, and it is a good address since I receive email there every day. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Hello
I am unable to get Zmeil to work with original serial no/unlock code after a PC reinstall. Please can you advise on how to rectify this?
