hi,
my camera has a internal (non-removable) memory, can ZAR recover files from it? I do not see it listed when i run the utility, I only see my pc's hard drive.

No. ZAR cannot access the camera memory if it is not behave like the disk drive. You may try to switch access modes as described here. If this does not help, there is nothing else we can do.
