Default upgrade
I am running Zar8.3, should I attempt to upgrade to 8.5 by installing on top?
Is serial no/unlock code still valid for the latest version?

It is OK to install on top and the serial/unlock should be picked up automatically. In some cases this fails, then just re-enter manually.
