No sucsess with free version, will payed version work?
I used the free version to recover files off of my compact flash card. It recovered 1 file %100 out of the 50 files. The rest are chopped weird with neon colors striped thorough the images or fully over-laid on the images. Is there hope in using the payed version to recover these files?

No. The results you describe are indicative of the data damaged beyond repair.
