Default Can' Boot

Can't Boot up Windows XP machine. Used Recovery Discs All modes. Will ZAR help?

ZAR does a data extraction rather than a repair, and you need a well-working system to do that. To do this, attach the drive as slave to a working machine, then run ZAR.
If you do not need the data, and only need to make the system boot, ZAR does not do this.
