ZAR version 9.0 uses different license keys, incompatible with the existing 8.5 series keys.
If you have purchased a license for a 8.5 series (or earlier) and you need to use ZAR once again, file a support request here http://www.z-a-recovery.com/support/ttx.cgi Make sure to include as much of the following information as possible
The upgrade is free of charge, but you have to request it. We decided it is better not to spam all the past customers with an email they most likely do not want.

Do we uninstall the previous version and install version 9 or does it install over the top.

I also have not received the ZAR 9 license key. Waited the 12 hours after initial purchase for the key to be e-mailed as instructed. Have completed a ticket. Still nothing. Love the software and would like to be able to use what I've purchased to it's full ability. Thanks.

I tried sending a request through the link keep getting error cannot obtain lock or something like that.
I upgraded to v9 need a new license key, Thanks. Can you send to email account for this acct? |

Yeah, we moved the server yesterday, expected this to be smooth but got sort of "did not go as planned" as usual. Will do.

I would like to know why the mail i just got has info for the older zar and i just bought the new. why must i wait 12 hours for something like this? when will i be allowed to use what i purchased? and i did fill out the request ticket
