ZAR Recovered folder/file names/details but no data

INstalled and ran zar after I acidentally formated a NTFS drive. It was able to recover all the folders and files, but nothing will open, all are unrecongizable. The files have their appropriate refrence i.e., word,excel,.jpg , but wont open..so basically did not help. I restored to another partition then moved the data back to the drive from which they originally were on...that is the state of the drive now..if there is anything I can try please let me know, if not I need my money back.

Basically, if you moved the data back before checking it, no second run is possible, and no way of correcting. Hence, I need your order reference number to be able to process a refund. Alternatively, send me a private message including your full name and the email address you used when ordering, so I can identify your order.

On NTFS, it is possible to get the correct folder structure but damaged file content. This is because of how NTFS works.
