I have a WD 1TB NAS, few weeks ago my daughter accidentally Deleted a main folder which contained a huge set of data that included a mixture of media, software, MS-office files.
I searched for a recovery tool all over the web and came across ZAR tool. I ran the trial software on my drive (which did a long and thorough scan) and produced a Linux/Unix directory structure. Satisfied with what it showed me I chose to buy a license to go through and recover all files. Sadly, the tool fails to deliver by NOT recovering any files at all at the end of the long recovery process by creating the folder structure discovered but with very small txt/doc files that has no relevance to my data. I have run this process few times now and am really frustrated. I need my money back. Please guide me to a link where I can request a full refund. Thanks Manjula - Melbourne - Australia |

It is unfortunate that ZAR did not work for you. Hopefully something else still may work. I have just refunded your order.
