image recovery

Hi,

The ZAR software does not detect my FinePix F30 digital camera (i.e., the camera does not appear on the list of devices to choose from). Why would this be - can anybody help ?

Does the camera have a drive letter assigned to it, i.e. can you access it as a regular hard disk or a CDROM drive? ZAR nees this to work. If the camera does not provide this function, you need a card reader device.
