Doesn't Windows just mount these volumes, without need for any recovery?
Could you please get me a screenshot of a Disk Management panel as it is now?

This is Disk Manager before I discovered the wrong order of disks :
 and that's after I put the disks in the right order :  The disks (disk 1 and 2) were still "unreadable" for Windows, so I think the partition table or MBR was gone or whatever was a the beginning ot those disks. Without a recovery tool I wouldn't have been able to recover the content of my disks.
