Default Different scans having issues with images?

After formatting my hard drive accidentally (it was a quick format, thankfully), I discovered this great program. Since it worked a charm on the image scan, I bought a license to recover my images in their directories so I didn't lose my organization system. Problem is, I'll recover one image in the image scan, and then when I turn around and try to recover from the full scan, I can't open any of the files- the images, the zips, nothing, even when it's the same file I just recovered earlier! So is there a way to recover images with the naming and directories intact or did I just waste my money?

Could you please
1. Go to C:\Program Files\ZAR and delete the log file from there, "logfile.txt"
2. Run the full scan again
3. Get the log file, ZIP it, and email to me at development@z-a-recovery.com
I cannot really do any sort of troubleshooting without this data.

Thank you for the reply! Actually, I tried scanning the drive a couple more times and in the end it successfully recovered almost all of the files I needed. So my question is now irrelevant, sorry to have wasted your time. This really is a great program!
